A new survey of nearly 1000 adults conducted by Anthem found that 35% of Millennials (ages 18 to 34) have turned down job offers either fully or partially due to the fact that they were dissatisfied with insurance offerings. We must acknowledge the radically different needs of a new generation of workers and design our benefit offerings to fit.
