Technical Session: SUGAR - Where to From Here?
The 2017 Technical Session will address the Sugar Battleground from all angles! The Morning session includes guest speaker from: GlobalData, Diabetes Canada and The Canadian Sugar Institute. The afternoon session will feature industry suppliers with capabilities in sugar reduction/alternatives (Quadra Ingredients, Ingredion, Fibresol, Sensus)
