Best Practices Round Table Forum

Judges and practitioners will be assigned to small groups to brainstorm about best practices, effective techniques, do's and don'ts, and "tricks of the trade" in the areas of Civil, Criminal, Family, ADR and Appellate law. Also addressed will be the use of technology, electronically stored information and Professionalism.
