Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act (CUTPA) allows the Commissioner of Consumer Protection and private plaintiffs to legally pursue persons or businesses who have used unfair or deceptive trade practices. This seminar will focus upon the current trends and important unresolved issues under CUTPA.
