Preserving Community-Centered Lactation Support for Brown Folks

This session will provide suggestions on how to provide effective communal-based lactation support. We will discuss historical impacts colonialism has had on breastfeeding and how it has spilled over to current barriers that continue to affect Brown communities in reaching their breastfeeding goals.
