Learn and practice evasive moves to be able to escape the 5 most common surprise attacks. Physical attacks happen quickly and can easily catch you by surprise. This course will build your confidence to successfully respond to a physical attack. The goal is to be able to escape or to overcome the attacker and not to fall victim.
