This training meets the requirements of KRS 194A.540 that a person holding a license in the mental health and alcohol and drug counseling field in Kentucky shall complete a minimum of 3 hours of continuing education in domestic violence and elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation during the renewal period after their initial licensure.
