Trained leaders run better Units, retain more Scouts and have more fun. UoS is a training opportunity for Boy Scouts, Cub Leaders, Boy Scout Leaders, Unit Committee Members and Parents. UoS includes training materials, a patch, a buffet lunch and the opportunity to network and share ideas with leaders Council-wide.
