Mental Health First Aid is a one-day, 8-hour training with an evidence-based curriculum designed to improve the skills and confidence of participants for identifying and helping anyone that they may encounter in an emotional or mental health crisis. Registration: 8:00AM, Class starts @ 8:30AM.
