Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental Health 1st Aid is a one-day, 8-hour training with an evidence-based curriculum designed to improve the skills and confidence of participants in identifying and helping someone, a friend, coworker, or neighbor in need, who is developing mental health problems or experiencing a mental health crisis. Registration: 7:45AM, Class starts @ 8:00AM.
