CNP Native Medicinal & Edible Plants

This program is an introduction to edible and medicinal botany in the botanically rich southeastern U.S. emphasizing traditional as well as current uses of medicinal plants. The program will also explore cultivation of drought resistant native medicinal plants in the Tennessee Valley and herbal medicine making.
