A special mid-construction hard-hat tour of the historic Cleveland landmark, Terminal Tower. The construction of Terminal Tower above the Cleveland Union Terminal dates back to the 1920s. Financed by state and federal historic tax credits, the developer is converting 10 floors into new apartments with office spaces in the top floors.
