Centering Prayer Introductory Workshop Contemplative Outreach of Pensacola

Centering Prayer is a method of silent prayer that prepares us to receive the gift of contemplative prayer in which we experience God's presence within us. Centering Prayer emphasizes prayer as a personal relationship with God. The Introductory Workshop and five Continuing Sessions support a daily practice as taught by Father Thomas Keating.
