2017-2018 CJ Parking Pass Form

Complete the form below to purchase a parking pass for the 2017-2018 school year. Students are expected to drive in a responsible and safe manner in the parking lots and around the perimeter of the campus. Cars should be locked at all times and all valuables should be out of sight. The school is not responsible for lost or damaged cars or items.
