No Place Like Home Input Session
State Housing and Community Development (HCD) has recently released a No Place Like Home (NPLH) Homeless Plan Template to provide guidance to Counties as State HCD prepare for the release of Non-Competitive, Competitive and Alternative Process funds, anticipated for mid-August 2018.
