The objective of this course is to teach the real estate agent how to interpret and explain sections 5 and 6 of the standard TREC home inspection report. Section 5 covers appliances and section 6 covers optional systems. It’s important for an agent to know which appliances are covered in the TREC inspection and how they are inspected.
