Seasoned and Savoring in the Spices of Life! - Older Americans Month Celebration

We will celebrate some phenomenal OPALs (Older People with Active Lifestyles) and their unprecedented accomplishments. They are men and women in their 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's. They include Gene Espy, the 2nd person ever to hike the full Appalachian Trail (AT); Ruth Gooden, the first African American female to hike the full AT, and others.
