A WOW! - Wonderful Outdoor Walks! A FREE Healthy Walk in the Park program

Carolyn Hartfield, Certified Health Coach, a leader for Just Walk! a Walk with a Doc program, has partnered with AARP Georgia. The weekly walks are held every Wednesday, weather permitting, at 10:00a.m. at Mason Mill Park in Decatur. There are 2 mile, 4 mile and 5.5 mile options. We start with a short healthy lifestyle presentation.
