Planning for life after high school? Work? Travel? College? A Program for Young Adults with T1D or T2D on Insulin. Join us for a day of learning that will address questions of young adults and their parents about college, work, travel, and more. Speakers include medical professionals and experts all of whom live T1D and speak from experience.
