APPLICATION CRITERIA - PLEASE READ: This program is for businesses located in LA County ONLY. Open to all start-ups or existing businesses that have been established for less than 12 months. Must commit to attend all 4 Fundamental Courses and 1 Elective Course. Must commit to at least 1 follow-up technical assistance session with a business coach.
