Women on Board of Directors in Silicon Valley

According to the Silicon Valley Bank Startup Outlook Survey, 71% of startups in the U.S. don't have any women on their Board of Directors; yet statistics show that companies with female Board members outperform competitors. The National Association of Women Business Owners California recently sponsored the bill SB 826 to get more women on Boards.
