CROSSROADS St. Louis: September 11-13, 2019: Understanding and Analyzing Systemic Racism

This workshop will explore racism as a systemic, institutional problem of power that goes beyond personal prejudice. Participants will experience Crossroads' effective methodology for facilitating productive conversations about race and be introduced to strategies for dismantling racism within their organizations.
