6th Grade Camp Pre-Registration 2015

6th Grade Camp is October 27th through October 30th at Indian Hills Christian Campground. To register, please fill in the following information. ("Badge Name" is for the 6th Grade Camper's name.) Once you register, you have until September 14th, 2015, to cancel and request a refund of your deposit. No refunds will be given thereafter.
