Trinity Healthy New Year Clinic
Join us for a "Healthy New Year Clinic" at Trinity~ Led by certified and trained professionals. Students participate in Pilates, Zumba Circuits, and intro to machines and free weights. Also, learn about healthy/smart nutrition and yoga relaxation/breathing techniques. Lunch will be served.
