Trinity Healthy New Year Clinic
Join us for a "Healthy New Year Clinic" at Trinity~ Led by certified and trained professionals. Students participate in Pilates, Dailey Method, sports conditioning, and more. Also, learn about healthy/smart nutrition and yoga relaxation/breathing techniques. This event is open to 7th through 12th grade girls. Lunch will be served.
