What's Cooking at Trinity?

Join us on February 11th at 6:00 pm to learn how to make a classic creole cooking dish. Chef Cheryl Munoz will teach us how to make a New Orleans Mardi Gras favorite Etouffee ~ with either chicken, Andouille sausage, shrimp, crawfish, or even make this vegetarian with mushrooms!
