BHAV - Yoga + Live Music + Kirtan

Enjoy an evening of sweet devotional practices! Begin with a blessing ritual followed by a one-hour meditative yoga sequence led by Nicole with Adrienne providing her signature sacred vocals and instrumentation. We will culminate with a 45-min kirtan and 15 minute silent meditation to soak up the "bhav" - divine energies.
