The Greene School 100-Mile-Radius Dinner

Student chefs, with help from faculty and community partners, will apply their classroom skills in math, science and sustainability to create a "farm fresh" menu and prepare a unique five-course meal. All ingredients come from local farms within a 100-mile radius of The Greene School.
