LeTCI Workshop in Madison August 6, 2015

This workshop will address the “LeTCI” Concept of structuring and defining Results as a key part of writing and scoring the Baldrige Performance Excellence Criteria. LeTCI is an acronym for “Levels”, “Trends”, “Comparisons”, and “Integration.” Baldrige examiners use these 4 factors in evaluating the Results Category 7.
