SESSION #5: Fiber – the Friend You’ve Been Missing – Benefits of Fiber and Ways to Get it in Your Di

On average, we get only about 15 grams of fiber a day. The minimum daily requirement is 31.5, so we get less than half the minimum. Participants will learn what foods to eat more of to boost their intake of fiber that can help to shed away pounds and stomach discomfort; and improve their health.
