The Content Networks and the Instructional Leadership Network are designed to build the CAPACITY of district-appointed teacher-leaders by providing tools and strategies to lead school initiatives in the implementation of the Kentucky Core Academic Standards within the context of highly effective teaching, learning, and assessment practices.
