This training explores the definition of HIB (Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying) in the NJ Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights (ABR) and takes a cultural look at the distinguishing characteristics listed in the definition to help educators better identify those characteristics when completing HIB reports.
