People of all fitness levels are welcome to sign up for our 60-minute yoga class. Class is taught with a variety of both ancient and modern yoga techniques. Come if you would like to balance body, mind, soul and to cultivate a connection to the Sattvic state that exists in each of us; the essence of who we are.
