Hands on workshop with demonstrations and firing. Naked Raku is a contemporary variation of the Raku firing technique but instead of using a glaze we will apply slip to the bisqued pots, fire them in a raku kiln, remove when hot, smoke in sawdust or newspaper in a closed container and then quench with water which pops off the slip to reveal pattern
