ACT Academy 2018 Session 1 (June 5-9, 2018)

This application is for the June 5-9 session of ACT Academy. Students may only attend one session. Please provide all information in the application. The short essay will be considered in the selection process. Please DO NOT submit payment until after notification of acceptance. There will be NO refunds granted once payment is received.
