Vibrant @ Any Age: Yoga and Contemplation

Feb 4, 2017, 9am - 4:30pm. Led by MaryBeth Thomas & Betsy Meagher, CSJ. Optional retreat on Friday, February 3; 7-8:30pm including overnight accommodations. Through yoga, prayer of imagination, chant, and Centering Prayer we will experience the peace of living through trust in that which is eternal.
