Let's Talk About It: Youth Mental Health
Join other Westborough parents/caregivers of adolescents for an in-person small group "conversation circle" (8-10 ppl) to discuss how to support our adolescents' emotional & mental wellbeing. Cara Presley from Westborough Youth & Family Services will be present along with a Westborough parent to contribute to the conversation & to share resources.
