Golf Classic XV

Each day, Old Colony Hospice provides services and support to individuals who are experiencing the challenges of a life-limiting illness. These patients receive the support they need and deserve on their end of life journey through the proceeds of this tournament. Funds raised provide each patient with a day of comfort.
