T-shirt Fundraiser for Lakes Life Care Center

For the safety of all, we are cancelling our 5K Walk/Run for Life but you can still wear your support for families next to your heart! This event was a big part of our budget so instead of a 5K we are selling t-shirts. Profits from t-shirt sales will go to programs for clients. You can pick up your shirt at the center or pay for shipping.
