To obtain or renew your USGA GHIN handicap index, fill out the form below and pay $18 via PayPal or mail a check to the Chapter. You must renew annually through EWGA by April 30 to remain an active player in the GHIN system. You may also transfer your index to EWGA from another provider by entering your existing GHIN ID number below.
