This 2-day workshop (optional 3rd day) adapts Parent-Adult-Child model for restructuring internal personality as part of EMDR phase two. Through meeting unmet childhood needs internally, strengthening the Competent Adult and internal resources, and EMDR trauma work, clients can be assisted with reclaiming their spiritual essence and Authentic Self.
