Youth Mental Health First Aid at Cardinal O'Hara on 1/26 is Cancelled

1 in 5 teens live with a mental health condition. Youth Mental Health First Aid is a training program designed to give participants the skills to help adolescents who are developing a mental health problem or experiencing an emotional crisis. Participants do not learn to diagnose, but rather to provide support by applying a five-step action plan.
