Heart and Interconnectedness: Compassion, Gratitude and Generosity Practices (1.5 CTLEs)

This course will offer a “how-to” approach, focusing specifically on mindfulness-based practices to increase kindness and compassion. We will explore practices that build empathy and a greater sense of interconnectedness for our students.
