Starved Rock Regional Center (formerly Easter Seals, LBC) is excited to hold our 3rd Annual Trunk or Treat event at the 4-H Fairgrounds again this year! Thousands of little ghouls and goblins come out for a night of tricks and treats. Below are several opportunities for how your business can be a part of the festivities!
