Speed and Strength Camp

Each multipurpose class will last 60 minutes and is designed to help your athlete improve their speed and agility while also learning valuable core and shoulder strengthening exercises as related to baseball. Ages 10U-14U held on Mon/Wed evenings for 7 weeks in October and November. 15U-18U held on Mon/Wed evenings for 4 weeks in October.
