Baseball Institute - Hitting Clinic
Swinging With Aggression Gap 2 Gap developed by Erik Lis, Minnesota Twins AAA 1st Baseman. Players will learn various hitting drills and approach techniques that Coach Lis has developed from drills he used during his professional career. Clinic runs on Fridays in November and December. 11/10-12/22.
