Strengthening Families through the Protective Factors Framework

Strengthening Families is an approach that helps child welfare systems, educators and other programs work with families to build the following protective factors: Parental Resilience, Social Connections, Concrete Support in Times of Need, Knowledge of Parenting and Child Development and Social and Emotional Competence of Children.
