Love Yoga Practice - New Year's Day

Join us for a New Year's Day gentle + restorative yoga practice benefitting Mission House. Recognizing that "all we need is Love," we'll open our hearts with the support of yoga props such as chairs and bolsters. In a room filled with windows and where hearts have been lifted up, we'll feel connected to nature and the Divine.
