The Royal Afternoon Tea

Join Jill Townson for a special Afternoon Tea event. The British tradition of afternoon tea is said to have started with Anna the 7th Dutches of Bedford in the early 1840's. The Dutchess, always hungry by mid-afternoon would request to be served bread, butter, cakes, biscuits and tea. It soon became a fashionable pastime of the upper class.
