Trauma-Informed Crisis Intervention: Verbal De-escalation and Conflict Resolution

This training is designed specifically for advocates working with adult or youth survivors of domestic violence and/or sexual assault. The training will review the impact of trauma on cognitions, emotions and behavior as well as provide in-depth strategies to de-escalate survivors in crisis and maintain worker safety.
